A Data Analyst Student Placement with Leicestershire Police will give you a unique learning experience where you will be able to contribute to real life projects. The placement will be working in the Business Support Team within East Midlands Specialist L&D Hub (EMSLDH) for 12 months, based at Force Headquarters, Enderby, Leicestershire.
The force currently has a number of key projects and programmes allowing you to work alongside the Business Support Team to help develop data management solutions.
During the placement, we would provide the necessary support and guidance for the successful candidate to acquire good experience and skills, which are in high demand in the Data Analytical world, including:
- Assist with new requirements/projects as required
- Provide reports in a variety of formats, analysing skills data to inform training planning
- Identify new and innovative ways of producing and presenting data to high standards
